Production area
Sicily: in the municipalities of Canicattì and the hinterland of Agrigento, in the vineyards converted to the organic wines certifications. Limestone sandy-silt soils of medium consistency; at an altitude between 250-400 m.a.s.l.

Vinification
Traditionally red wine vinification at controlled temperature; malolactic fermentation totally carried out. Ageing for 6 months in steel tanks and 2 months in bottle.

Food matches
Sublime with red roasted meat-dishes and medium aged cheeses.
